The ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional Contest 2025 follows a carefully planned schedule to ensure all participants have a smooth and enjoyable experience. From registration to the final award ceremony, every moment is designed to maximize learning and competition.

Team Registration & Opening Day
Check-in for all participating teams and official team photography
Welcome speech, contest rules, and participant briefing
Practice session to familiarize teams with the contest environment
On-Site Coaches may bring cameras to the team area during the Mock Contest
Transportation time schedule will be posted in front of the Transport Desk
Onsite Contest and Closing Ceremony
Teams must check in no later than 8:20
