Dr. Yonghui Wu serves as an Associate Professor at the school of Computer Science in Fudan University, China and a visiting scholar at Stony Brook University, USA. He has extensive experience in coaching ACM-ICPC contestants and is one of the top trainers in the world. He has also written a good number of books in the programming area. He was the coach of Fudan University Programming Contest teams from 2001 to 2011. Fudan University is being qualified for ACM ICPC World Finals every year and has won three medals (Bronze Medal in 2002, Silver Medal in 2005, and Bronze Medal in 2010) in ACM ICPC World Finals under Dr. Yonghui Wu’s guidance.

Since 2012, he has published a series of books for programming contests and education in China covering data structures, algorithms and strategies, which are warmly acclaimed not only in Mainland China, but also in Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore, and other Chinese speaking areas. Since 2013, he has been giving lectures in Oman, Taiwan, and the United States for programming contest. He is currently the chair of the ICPC Asia Programming Contest 1st Training Committee. His published books on programming contest training includes: “Data structure Experiment: for Collegiate Programming Contest and Education”, “Algorithm Design Experiment: for Collegiate Programming Contest and Education”, and “Strategies Solving Problems: for Collegiate Programming Contest and Education”.
